Our skirting board profiles are stocked in a broad range of heights – from slim 50 mm and 80 mm boards up to 100 mm – in lengths that suit both small repairs and full rooms. PVC and flexible profiles come in many colours including white, black, anthracite grey, cashmere and wood-effect finishes, while aluminium is available in anodised silver and other modern shades. Most skirting board profiles are quick to fit. Measure the wall, cut the profile to length with a fine-tooth saw (mitre internal and external corners at 45°), then fix in place using grab adhesive, screws or – on self-adhesive flexible profiles – the pre-applied tape onto a clean, dry surface. What are skirting board profiles?
Skirting board profiles are the shaped trims fitted along the bottom of a wall where it meets the floor. They hide the wall-to-floor gap, protect the wall base from knocks and give the room a neat, finished edge.
What types of skirting board profiles do you supply?

Which skirting profile is best for a bathroom?
For bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens we recommend PVC or flexible PVC skirting. Both are moisture-resistant, wipe clean easily and significantly reduce water ingress at the wall-floor join.
What is the difference between scotia and skirting?
A full skirting board covers the lower section of the wall, while a scotia (or quadrant) is a small concave trim used mainly to cover the expansion gap at the edge of a laminate or wood floor. Many customers use scotia as a low-profile alternative to a tall skirting board.
