Shipping & Return policy

Shipping Information:
• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Estimated standard delivery time: 3-5 working days.
• For long parcels over 1.2 metres: Parcel Force or DX (24-48-hour service).

Delivery Responsibility:
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery and, if necessary, to transport the product from the kerbside into your property.
• If you fail to accept delivery and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible for any return charges imposed by the courier.

Returns Process:
• You may return any items that are damaged, faulty, or unwanted.
• Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery and ensure the item is returned no later than 14 days for a full refund.
• Items must be safely and appropriately re-packaged for transit, including a note stating the reason for return.
• All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a lost returned item, we will require proof of postage.
• Please keep any postage receipts or use recorded delivery to avoid any issues.

2. Orders

By placing an order on mwprofiles.co.uk you agree to these terms. Order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued within 14 days.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the current UK rate where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

4. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason. Custom cut or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Liability

MW Profiles Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use your data only to process orders and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
